I cant say whats specifically wrong with ur phone but try resetting ur phone

Let that Tecno phone go dude. Tecno phones can be frustrating, random problems just come out of nowhere sometimes and it could be tiring. I hope you find a solution. Meanwhile, I'm dumping this piece of crap the next opportunity I get.
