A consulting firm in lekki needs an IT staff urgently.

Key Objectives of the role

• Keep End Users happy
• Keep Managed Systems at optimum performance
• Sustain and improve on quality of Installations
• Promote Business Image

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Diagnose computer/systems problems
• Monitor systems’ performance
• Install software and hardware accessories on systems and programs
• Perform tests on equipment and programs
• Set up equipment and schedule maintenance
• Teach clients to use systems/equipment
• Minor repairs and parts ordering


Key Performance Indicators

1. 80% Customer Satisfaction Feedback
2. End User Satisfaction Feedback
3. Positive Business/referrals generation from Job site
4. Mean Time to Repair/Recovery for maintained systems
5. Service Uptime vs. Downtime within a period

Job Qualification

- Min. Diploma in IT related field
- Min. 2 years IT work experience
- IT certification at Associate, Technician or Installer level
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Numerate and literate with experience of various IT packages including Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Office etc


Others

- reside in Lagos
- Working Hours: Monday – Saturday
- Overtime/shifts: Sundays
- Job Type: Permanent/Yearly contract

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge on CCTV,PBX,system support and cabling also experience in installation and maintenance of windows server,access control would be an added advantage .
