We are recruiting for the below position:

Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor
Location: Lekki Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description:
• The ideal candidate will be primarily required to oversee the operation of a number of retail stores and ensures their smooth operation
• Manage ,orientate, schedule, monitor and provide direction to retail staff including retail cashiers as well as provide leadership and coordinate staff attitude to work as a form of evaluating on the job performance
• Responsible for inventory management in accordance with established policies and maintains related records
• Ensure execution of in-store promotion and Merchandising guideline.
• Manage different department within the store and help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand
• Execute flawless store visual presentation by maintaining visual and store housekeeping standards.



Desired Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 1st degree in a related discipline from a reputable tertiary institution
• A minimum of 3 years operational experience within a reputable and structured business environment, including minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
• A good understanding of -and enthusiasm for beauty and fragrances is an added advantage
• Professional appearance and demeanor,high level of business acumen, exceptional leadership, interpersonal, motivational and managerial skills with a mastery in written communication and presentations;
• A good driving skill with valid driver’s license is an added advantage
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
• Be ready to give the ideal energy needed on the role
