What’s your take on this? Can you take the risk?

A certain man sold his properties just to live in one of the Porsche areas in Lagos, all in the bid to b tagged a big boy in lasgidi and also attract a-list friends for contracts and connections. Now he rented a 3 bedrooom apartment worth 1.7million for a year and was told to pay for 2years which he did totaling a whooping sum of 3.4million and all he has in his account 4million naira.
What do you think of his actions, do you think it will bare fruits? Is this really a business risk worth taking/dying for? What if he fails?
What do you look out for before you rent an apartment?

For me ooooh! I don't think i can. i will rather take another business risk, so when fail, i should have something to fall back to...
