ESoDoc - European Social Documentary 2015

ZeLIG School for Documentary has just announced the new call for application ESoDoc – European Social Documentary 2015.

ESoDoc is the training initiative for media professionals and “cross-thinkers” who want to increase impact and outreach of their documentary films and cross-media projects by developing new storytelling skills, networking over different platforms, discovering new forms of team building, of producing and financing with the help of the crowd and new distribution strategies.

ESoDoc participants are committed to social issues and eager to explore new creative forms and communication strategies to face the challenges of the changing media world.

ESoDoc offers three one-week residential sessions combined with extended online sessions for project tutoring and networking with festivals and other market events.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
We welcome professionals from different areas: documentarians, journalists, web-designers and programmers, game designers, NGO-communication representatives. The workshop is open for professional with or without an own project.


FEE AND SCHOLARSHIPS
The cost per participant is 1.200,00 Euro (600,00 Euro for participants from new member states). This covers tuition, room and board. Travel expenses are not included. Four scholarships are available.
