Psychologist Joseph Weintruab of Babson of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, is a Scholar of Perfectionism. He says if you work for someone who is a perfectionist, there are no coping mechanisms other than to quit. “Obviously Weintruab wasn’t thinking about the plight of the self- employed individual who works for a perfectionist. When you are your own perfectionist boss, you can’t quit on yourself. Instead you need to realize that research shows employees who work for perfection bosses
1.Usually have bad morale
2.Get sick more often than others and
