My 2005 camry se has a slow response take off,delays sometimes in acceleration especially when it decelerates.I have scanned the ride and no codes.What could be the cause?

For oil you can use Total oil quartz 5000 (20W-50). It's a low cost oil with high performance.

Also check your fuel pump pressure along side with it.

Your tranny was downgraded from 13pins to 10 pins. It will work no doubt but the functionality and performance will change. The additional 3 pins has what it is doing in terms of gear ratios when selecting the gears and this has been programmed in the ECU (brain box).

U will have to continue managing the jerking effect from gear 1-2 and also when reducing speeds from gear 2-1.

Until you get a good 13pin to buy before you can take it back to its normal state. Although if you use the 10pins for long, after you change to 13pins back, it will come up with another issue not exceeding a certain high speed (say 130km/hr). It will start jerking and trying to force itself to select its final speed to cushion the effect at high speed. This has affected the ecu programming and you might have to reflash and reload ecu software for everything to work fine.

Less I forget, what oil are u using for your tranny at least for it to work for a long while for u. (T IV or WS) ? For 10 pin, it should be the T IV.

Rolland I use mobile atf fr d gearbox and visco 2000 fr d engine.are u saying total quartz is d recommended engine oil?jst dis morn I chcked d oil guage n its almost empty n m sure my engine is fine.I rily nid a good mechanic now.pls help
