Remaining work and estimated time to complete

1. pop ceiling and screeding - starting tomorrow 29-Nov-2014 to 10-Dec-2014, anyone interested in the topmost floor could choose own design
2. Electrical fittings - starting tomorrow and to finish by next Saturday, except the pop ceiling electrical fittings that will be completed by 15th Dec, 2014
3. Hand railings - done, tiling of stairwell to follow and completed by next Saturday
4. Compound final clearing started, time and estimate still not very clear. I am giving this 3 weeks from today 19th Dec, 2014

Only the 2 flats on the ground floor remaining. Total completion by Xmas looking unlikely as evacuating the rubbles, etc is taking more time than anticipated. Flats would be in habitable state by 1 Jan, 2015.

Remaining work this week:
1. Complete sanitary connections to septic tank
2. Painting of rooms
3. Connection to public power supply

Next week:
1. Paving the compound
2. finishing of the fence surrounding the building
3. New gate installation
