my new infinix zero screen has cracked to the extent that the screen touch doesn't work again,it falls from staircase yesterday,am in bad mood since yesterday,don't know what to do,either I should return it or take it to their office,I don't know their office in ikeja,please I need urgent response on what to do,I don't know either there is any warrant that cover this.....please enlighten me 1 Like 1 Share |

Gorilla glass screen don turn egg shell? Overly cheap things come at a price. Sorry. It seems normal for these infinix phones. Replace the screen or get another phone. They should have a carlcare. |

Isiterere:oh please... Gorilla glass is toughened to resist IMPACT as well as scratch. There's more than a mile between eggshell tough and 'unbreakable'. |

go to the carlcare office 77 opebi str Ikeja lagos . go with ur receipt na free of charge them go replace am lobatan. when you get to Ikeja along bustop cross the rail tracks and trek forward to the tricycle park take one to opebi na d last bustop you go stop trek forward and you will see the office in the complex na 2nd floor shalom |

Take it to carlcare. Or their microstation in computer village. You have free screen changes for the first 6months. Next time, handle it as would handle an iPhone 6. It is not a bottle opener. |

Isiterere:There's no such thing as scratch resistant or unbreakable. Just toughened. Everything comes to an end eventually. |

marietta:it's actually a 'scratch resistant' . From a closed observation of two infinix zero; a black infinix zero without screen guard(in its follow come state) and a white infinix zero with screen guard. No scratch on the black infinix since September ending but scratch on the white infinix. ALL IZZ WELL |

actually I've been using one and so far even after several falls no cracks yet. I've also used HTC that d screen later cracked as well as Samsung mega. it all depend on d manner of all. the gorilla protection is not for screen breaks but for scratches. thank you |

pls take it to carlcare...it would be repaired for free and get a pouch for it, the phone is fragile.....and by the way haters I used Sony xperia which is also a gorilla glass phone and it cracked with a hit from my dstv decorder in my bag....so gorilla glass does not mean you shud be careless with it |
