CAN Fixes Dec 7th As National Day For Prayers Against Boko Haram by vickjoeobi(m): 5:36pm On Dec 03, 2014 |
The leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) have fixed Sunday December 7th as a day for all churches across Nigeria to offer special prayers against the activities of Boko Haram sect and also give special offering for victims of the various attacks. In a statement signed by the General secretary of the association, Dr. Musa Asake, CAN asked Christians to pray for all who have been affected by the activities of Boko Haram irrespective of their religious affiliations. Find the statement after the cut... "We are expected to offer special prayers, not just for our slain Christian brethren but for all those who lost their lives in the attacks, that the Almighty God will grant them eternal rest and through these prayers intervene in the challenges that the insurgency has brought to the countless number of families that have been directly or indirectly affected by the crisis. Pray that God will give us all the wisdom and strength to execute this task with minimal difficulty to the glory of God the Father.” more news updates at www.ournewspoint.com |

Funny bunch of morons. National day of prayers against Boko Haram. Do you mean that CAN has not been praying against Boko Haram all these years? Or are they going to try another number this time to see if god, the puppetmaster that everyone is sure exists , would finally answer? Poor Children of a retired god. |
