Made with a budget of 85 crores, action jackson is full of action scenes and that's what middle class demands in bollywood movies. The occupancy for morning shows were over 40 percent and it is expected to go upto 70 percent by the evening.

But less number of screens can cause low collection at box office for opening day. Other than Ajay Devgan's last release Singhm returns which earned more than 30 crore on its opening day and other days, Action Jackson has not received that much of promotion or love from the audience. The digital and offline promotion for the film has been moderate so far.

At domestic box office, opening day business of action Jackson has been great so far, if we exclude southern box office. But in overseas, the film fails to do any wonder.
