Please nairalanders, i need informations about sumal food on how,they treat staff and hw much do they pay new entrant absorbed as a Technician.

Kindly help, want to knw their salary structure. Am about to apply as a technician too!! Also want to knw hw they treat their staff.

As a technician, your basic salary is around #5000 , total take home may be a little bit above 30k

Hmmm sumal foods is an indian company. Their welfare package and working condition isn't really encouraging. sincerely I cnt advice my enemy to work there, but if you dnt have anything doin right now you can give it a trial but you must be ready to work for 12hrs because they run a 12hrs shift. That its as bad using your fingers to check the temperature in place of thermometer. 4months unpaid salary.
