Guys, does this thing really work??

I have a 1gb ram droid, plus 1024mb partition on my Sd Card, still my phone hangs and lags in a very frustrating manner when playing gangstar vegas.

I use phone heavily, so my phone slows a lot, even after increasing the min frequency from 598 to 1001mhz, ion just understand again.

How does this ram expander work, and does it work, coz me I wantu delete the swap file, its seemingly filling unnecessary space on my Sd Card.
