In the wake of massive global car recalls due mostly to defects on takata-made Airbags,by all the major auto-makers,like GM,TOYOTA,HONDA ,FORD and the rest,how
come we don't get to hear anything about cars bought by Nigerians been recalled?

overseas, they buy tokunboh too. Once the car is within the mileage or year of recall, it doesn't matter if it's toks or not. That is where these big dealerships like toyota nigeria, Elizade, rt Briscoe, Honda place, coscharis ought to come in. The car's may not necessarily need to be exported abroad. They can bring the experts and do the work here or release the TSBs to these companies and direct them on how to go about the repairs/modifications

Elizade most time will tell you they do not import from America and as such will welcome recalls for such cars.

Only god knows how many accidents that had occurred due largely to this same issue,here in nigeria

"Franchise Dealerships" is where the repair has to occur.
