Our Client, a multinational Company that is engaged in the business of Property Development, Hotels and Function Halls, based in Ikeja, Lagos requires the following for employment to head its two major Divisions:

Head, Hotel Division

Requirements

- BSc or HND in Hotel Management
- 7 to 10 years management experience in any top hotel gained nationally or internationally
- Must not be more than 42 years old and not less than 30 years of age
- Must be able to liaise with the management team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be computer literate


Head, Home Division

Requirements

- BSc or HND in Estate Management or Construction
- Must have 7 to 10 years work experience in an Estate Management or Property Development Firm
- Must be able to liaise with agents and contractors
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have experience in the Construction field to complement.
- Must be computer literate
- Must not be more than 42 years old and not less than 30 years of age
