Apparently, it was not expected that a Master follow the same Teachings his own Master taught him.

The question that the Pharisees asked Lord Yeshua was: "WHO MADE YOU A MASTER?"

If he was authorized by a Master whom they recognized, they would have had to accept his Teachings: if he wasn't, they wouldn't.

Once the Early Church accepted that Lord Yeshua had given them the Authority to Teach whatever they wanted, they could say any ridiculous thing they wanted.

Even if it got them killed.

It was not until after 60AD, when CEPHAS and PAUL were martyred, that THE TRUE GOSPEL began to come out.

It was too late to change Tradition, by then.

It has taken 2,000 years for us to attain the level of seriously saying that THE "APOSTLES" BETRAYED THE CHURCH, AND LIED ABOUT THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH LORD YESHUA.

They had EXPELLED him from his own Church, and we have still not recovered from the havoc they wrought.

All because he told them that those whom they taught would be better than them- and they wanted to prevent that, by the cheapest means possible.
