Xiaomi Redmi 1s phone
Swedish tech company Ericsson has won a court injunction against Xiaomi where the latter is said to have infringed on Ericsson's Standard Essential Patents (SEPs). A Delhi High Court on Tuesday barred the Chinese phone company from"selling, advertising, manufacturing or importing devices" that infringe on these intellectual properties.

It isn't clear which Xiaomi smartphones or devices has been affected in the ruling, however, a spokesman from the company feigned ignorance of any court notice and tried to remind us that Xiaomi will fight hard not to loose it's foothold.
