Just your birth certificate shey? That's where you have a different spelling for your name.

I had the same issue and I didn't do anything about it. At the point of submitting your credentials the people there are human beings so that isn't a problem. They'll understand it could be an oversight on the part of the doctor or something. I wasn't questioned in my own year sef.

But if you feel strongly that you should do an affidavit, by all means please do it.

They've answered your question. Get another certificate of birth.

It's not hard to get at all. You can get that at Hospital or Nation Population...

Though an affidavit is okay, a new birth certificate will be useful for some other purposes.
