Guess op is the confused one here, because the message is very straight forward. HiV is just a virus, so being infected with the virus it's not the end of the world, but what kills is loneliness. The whole point is trying to encourage victims of virus to come out of their shell and live normal life.

Funny enough, billboard signs like this written on rocks in Abuja has helped HIV patients to marry and live fulfiling lives.

Please Grow up man, this france comment is now stale.

The spelling may not be perfect, but the message there is very clear. These messages have actually helped many HIV+ singles get married, saving them from the 'loneliness'. And the man actually runs it as a non-profit org.
