Pls i have been trying to figure out why the Nigerian custom would allow a car thru the ports, allow it get sold then seize it from the innocent buyer after registering the car. Most probably on his way to show his or her people at home.

Cause documentation was incomplete or not existent.

By law they can do that.

By law they can do that.



But they provided the same documents with which u cleared it.
Why haven't they provided a single or group of documents that can be known by all, just like we have our vehicle registration papers from the frsc and vio .so that when u have it you can be sure u have the required papers.
