As a Senior Front End Developer for House of Kaizen you will be an integral part of a close-knit, dynamic team of conversion optimisation experts.

You will be responsible for all development for both front end & back end activities. Your main responsibilities are the delivery of individual conversion optimisation split tests, alongside other projects.

The main responsibilities are the delivery of optimisation tests for some of the biggest brands, together with site and landing page builds as well as piloting new technologies such as dynamic content personalisation engines, CMS designs in Concrete 5 (a very nifty and powerful CMS) as well as discovering new frontiers such as in App testing and mobile or rich media development.

A very large part of the role is the curiosity that comes from finding new and creative ways to hack the front end code to transform clients’ websites and the user experience… without actually touching a single line of the clients’ source code. A bit magical really.

Your role extends beyond the testing environment and even the pilot environment, where you will have leadership and input into the design and user experience on virtually every client we have.

You should be capable of acquiring and communicating new knowledge, while incorporating it into your daily work.

As a Senior Front End Developer you’ll have a few years’ of industry experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery and deep care for well-crafted work.
