Weeks after the shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown, police in another St. Louis suburb have reportedly shot and killed an 18-year-old black teenager at a gas station. A statement released by the St. Louis County Police says Martin was shot after he pulled a gun and pointed it at officers as they approached him outside the gas station;

"Fearing for his life, the Berkeley officer fired several shots, striking the subject, fatally wounding him," the statement said.
A second person reportedly fled the scene. Police have recovered the gun they say belonged to Martin. An investigation into the incident is ongoing. Crowd is already gathering at the scene.

sounds more like self defence to me........why would you pull a gun at a cop?....especially with the news of a black guy killing 2 cops still hot!!

Why should they legalised the use of guns in the first place.

The cops might have planted it to claim self defence when they realised they just shot dead another "black" person.
