CAN WICKEDNESS BE DEFIND AS THiS?
It all started on the 25th of December 2014, when someone parked a company pick up car at the front of someone else's house.....the car was said to be in a bad condition when it was toed to the estate all effort for the owner to park to car at the front of his own house proved abortive due to the fact that someone else has parked their own car in his place this led him to park at the above said house.
The resident of the house in which the car was parked was a blind woman and her husband. On the 26th of December, the woman instructed her husband to deflated one of the tyre as the car has made her in and our movement difficult due to her challenges... On the 27th of December the blind woman and her husband claim that they told the owner to remove the car and he refused and even went ahead insulting her that she is blind and useless(atleast that what she said). That same night the husband deflated the remaining tires and even went ahead cutting out the tube of the tires...
On the 28th of December the matter was at its peak when the blind woman husband broke the main screen of the car also putting dirts on the car and even to the extent of attaching a poster that the car is up for sale as an abandon scrap for 50,000naira including a mobile number to be called, since the owner has refuse to remove the car...
In my presence the blind woman claimed that the person who parked the car is fond of doing it and that they have even urinated in her compound before just because she is blind.. other members of the close reacting to the matter said the woman and her husband has always been unfriendly and they don't relate with anybody in the close.
This morning the owner of the car reported the case to the police and the woman has now been arrested, the police also has a recording of a statement made by the woman that she instructed her husband to do all that he did..(maybe she's thinking she above the law due to her deformity)
Now back to my question:
1.Was their(woman and her husband) actions right or what do you think about the whole scenario?.
2. Was the police arrest of the woman lawful? Considering our procedural safeguards.
3. Who would be held liable the woman or her husband both?
4. Who are the set of persons that can issue an arrest warrant?

That woman is a wahala person sha. How can they go that far to destroy someones car? Haba! The owner of the car is a good person from what i have seen here. What they did will cause anybodys head to spark and many people will beat them before anything else. Esp the kind of people walking around in naija now. With no money in the country how can someone do such an evil thing to a fellow man?
The police should make dem pay every kobo to the owner of that car.
That someone is blind does not give them the right to commit crime.
