We are an indigenous telecommunications and ICT consulting company with a young and dynamic workforce.
We deliver ICT services to our clients cutting across both the private and public sectors. We require the services of 3 Senior RF and Optimization engineers.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior RF and Optimization engineers will manage four teams of Drive test engineers and Riggers. They will analyze logfiles generated in the field and provide solutions to network problems. They will interface with the customer and provide reports on a daily, weekly aand monthly basis to customer and senior management. They will also manage logistics for the teams.


Responsibilities:

Experience in Radio Network Optimization including KPI statistics monitoring, performance improvement recommendations, parameter consistency checking.
Coordinate routine and troubleshooting comprehensive Drive Tests to measure the Network Planning functions in terms of capacity, coverage, performance/optimization and quality (using Test tools such as TEMs Investigation Data collection, PCTEL scanner, TEMs phones and Data card) to optimize subscriber experience.
Plan and coordinate system optimization like Site tuning (EDT, MDT, Azimuth, and antenna height)
Provide technical leadership for optimization Drive Test teams and riggers.
Provide High Level Support and ensure skills transfer to subordinate RF engineers.
Report writing and presentation to higher management
Customer relationship management

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
A BSC/B.Eng degree, or HND(Upper credit) in a Electrical/ Electronic or related field
Minimum three years experience in drive testing and Optimization.
A record of achievements and technical solution expertise in a comparable role.
PC proficiency. good knowledge of ICT, Self-motivated, Goal-getter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention for details.
Excellent organisation skills.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
Excellent customer relationshp management skills

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position includes outside travel to customers’ premises.
