Responsibilities
 A manager is responsible for a diverse set of administrative tasks, includes evaluating office procedures and looking for more efficient ways of conducting processes.
 Must perform the duties with decisiveness and accuracy for a business to perform well.
 Ability to communicate effectively using all methods, including public speaking, email, teleconferencing, visual presentations and face-to-face.
 Able to inspire his people to achieve goals
 Ability to manage, that is to handle the various aspects of the job and how to plan, organize direct performance and manage information.
 Goal oriented and effectively use of resources to "create the unusual”
 Should encourage the best practices for building teamwork
 Have the confidence in the team's proficiency to decide most issues by themselves with only Him/ Her guidance, as required.
 Must have a technical knowledge of the job
 Should dress and act professionally at all times and to be available to give guidance and help when need. That is leading by example.
 Should have a selfless attitude, willing to meet the needs of those under His/ Her care.


Qualifications:

• Minimum of Degree in relevant field.
• 2-5 years experience in similar function.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to be discreet and maintain high levels of confidentiality
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets, can prioritize tasks under pressure
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Must be ready to relocate to foreign country, if the need be
• Good organizational skills and able to pay attention to detail
• Proactive and highly motivated
• Willingness to take on new challenge and upgrade skills via training when necessary to handle new task.
• Candidates must be computer literate.
• Management experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional both in conduct and appearance
