What would most probably be happening there or anywhere else is the same trial and error that we have been doing here, the thingy is to get the first 8 digits of the imei's and keep trying with an analyzer, I have noted that the last ones I did worked around the same period[between 11-1pm] during the day.

SOLUTION FOR NOT DETECTED IMEI ON ETISALAT LINE
Insert your sim card u whish to change imei to your phone den change d imei by using mobile uncle tools after changed activate flight mode and deactivate den switch off your phone immediately and remove your sim card and insert another sim car to your phone and wait for 2 to 3 hours and insert d sim card again
Switch on your phone again and send Nokiax to 8186 to confirme your new imei and it will definitely change to your new imei and b4 u change imei make sure to use valid imei
This is the original valid 11 digit Galaxy S4 imei: 35161206281 and this is the working 11 digit of Nokiax and infinix zero imei: 35975005001 and 355859060124

Seems everything is back to normal presently. Just activated dis ish on two sims. I used S4, Infinix zero, nokiaX n R7 imei. Btw, I did everything in minutes. No pending request, no non-eligibity or watever

guys, how many mb comes with a brand new infinix zero etisalat or mtn bought via jumia??

what if I used sim1 to get the mb? and then I put d sim back in sim2 and still request d free mb, will someone get it twice??

also, if I change to samsung imei and I get 1gig, if i keep changing imei, will the mb be increasing if the imei are valid? and I keep sending the code??
or its once per sim for a month?

No sir. U only get it once on one sim card. Even if u swap the sim cards, u still won't be given if u already activated it on sim 1.
