Job Summary

The head, technical is responsible for overall direction of all technology functions associated within the company including: Information Technology applications, communications (voice, data, and wireless), and computing services within the company that impact on both its products and customers.

Qualifications skills and Experience
o A degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, computer science, or physics. An MBA will be an added advantage
o At least 8yrs post qualification experience, working with large media and / or IT companies and is comfortable with evolving strategy within large company constraints.
o Hands-on experience with both infrastructure and software Application in a media based/subscription management company


CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Job summary

The Chief Financial Officer provides both operational and administrative support to the organization. The CEO directly assist the chief operating Officer on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefits analysis, forecasting needs, the securing of new funding, recruitment, compensation, training, logistics and facility management financial reporting and the organisations financial well being.

Qualifications skills and Experience
o Minimum of a B.sc Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Business Administration or any other related field, plus an MBA from a reputable Business School.
o Must have a minimum of 8years post ICAN qualification experience.


Experience  
o Chief Financial Officer or General Manager Finance & Administration.
o Financial experience with the day to day financial operations of  an ICT organization or subscription management business
o Knowledge of Corporate Finance experience is important for this position
o Knowledge of import procedures is relevant for this position
