Enginneers in the house,pls recently my torch 2 developed a problem after I woke from sleep day b4 ystday I discovered d phone can not boot up again,it is stopping when the loading bar reach the 'e' in blackberry, I have leave it for a day but it doesn't go bynd dt stage, I av removed d bat3 reinsert it but it is still d same, with my little knwldge I tried reloading d os with os 7.1 but the problem still persist,tried reloading again but it still,I tried using jl_cmder/bbsak but the softwares cudnt recognize it, it will just load to half way and stop. Help pls

I do have dis problem too but have forgotten d files I do use but u have to dual wipe ur device den u have nuke it and den reinstall the os uing blackberry desktop...
.u can just search Google hw to nuke ur blackberry may luckily u will c d app I used and make sure u ran dis file has administrator on ur pc

yeah daz correct cfp I have it but I wasnt sure dat was d name. And to use it I will try to explain... am kuming lemme get d images of how to do it

Instead of opening the cfp.exe file open the "full procedure" batch file the cfp dont open on my pc dunno about urz. make sure ur device is connected to ur pc without d battery in it or u can put d battery but u must make sure u do the following step fast b4 it hang
1. Press 2 then enter to dual wipe ur device
This process might take minutes after it. has been dual wiped
2. Then Press 3 then enter to nuke ur device
When ur device has been nuked it wont on even if d battery is in it, it will only blink red light
3. Use blackberry desktop to install the os back. Hope u knw hw to do dat if u dont
Search on hw to flash blackberry os offline using blackberry desktop

I av downloaded cfp but its not Working ,itS juzt flash a command line screen and close immediately And there is notn like full procedure, where Did u download urz oR hoW can I get the gud one or does the one on the image above work . Thks 4 all d time.RSVP
