Hey fellas. I just got a new laptop with a window vista OS. I learnt window vista is a redundant OS. Wats is the latest and best Window OS for my PC and how do I install it/ can any one help me to install? Thanks and happy new year to u all

PS. I want a universal modem. how much will it cost me?
