Once again Africa fans and football lovers from all the world are going to live the emotions of the African Cup of Nations. Only one day to go get ready for 2 weeks of sport.


This year’s edition of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) tagged the Orange Africa Cup of Nations Equatorial Guinea 2015 is the 30th edition. It will hold from 17 January to 8 February 2015 in the Equatorial Guinean cities of Malabo, Mongomo, Bata and Ebebiyin. Dued to the Ebola Morocco refused to host the competition and lost the opportunity to participate at the tournament.

Last edition in South Africa the Nigerian team won the trophy but it was unable to qualify for the 2015 edition of the tournament. This year Algeria is one of the favourite’s team to win the cup. We still have in mind the high level of football expressed during the last World cup in Brazil.


The African Nations Cup is the biggest football tournament in Africa. The tournament became a classic football appointment not only for African fans but for football lovers of all over the world. In the first ever tournament that held in Khartoum, Sudan in 1957, Egypt was crowned winner. After winning seven tournaments, Egypt is now known as the most successful nation in the history of the cup. Followed by Ghana and Cameroon with 4 victories.
