Other political parties are free to do the same. As an ICT company, mobile Ads is part of their service and they will need to generate revenue as well. I just loaded my Airtel line and noticed the same thing. I guess this is another way of marketing politics to the grassroot. Both telecomms are not supporting APC rather they are selling their recharge cards. Below is the same message from Airtel.
