Just add ginger and a bit of pepper to your meals and the nausea should reduce. 1 Like |

Congrats on your pregnancy! Not easy, I know how you feel. With me, moi-moi was/is my saving grace. I also drink garri without sugar. Eba and Okro I eat too with lots of pepper, but I've gradually reduced the pepper. When I can't eat, juicy fruits comes in handy. I make them into smoothie. For water, I add slices of lemon. Helps with nausea. You could also try ginger like the other poster suggested. Doh! God is your strength. 1 Like |
