1. Ivory coast- they had the likes of Drogba,kone,yaya toure, kolo toure and many more but they have nothing to show for those years they played as a team.
2. Ghana: The list won't be complete without them, after generating the likes of Essien, Agogo, kingston, Ayew, Gyan and the rest, it is still the same old story as they are yet to win it after 33years.
3. Cameroun- after their historics at the 98 and 02 AFCON they are still yet to win something tangible for their country despite their star studded squad in those years comprising of Mboma, Eto, song and the rest.
4. Senegal- After making themselves known to the world in 02 World cup after surprising defending champions France with a lone goal win and getting to the quarter finals of the competition, it has been a tough one in getting a cup achievement into their record books despite producing players like Diouf and his likes.
