As much is i love the exterior of bmws and i so much respect the interiors, why would such cool sophisticated car(s) have orange indicators on the dashboard Is it just me that this turns off or im just trying to fault a part of bm??
why orange?why not just simple color or even multicolours??

Orange lights are da bomb, matter of fact, orange lights got me laid on a night i wasn't expecting any action , she was all like "the lights in your car are really nice, they make me feel funny",

and i was like, " i know excatly how they make u feel, and i can fix that "

that's crazy man. got laid cos of orange light? well, think i just got punk'd. lol
it's all good anyway, but i feel odd looking at orange dashboad in circle shapes

It's impossible for any automobile manufacturer to please everyone, in terms of design, ergonomics, lighting etc.

You could change the color of your instrument / dash lighting, depending on how good you are with a soldering iron, and the year of your car.

Early models just had 1,2W white bulbs, with orange filters to provide the color.
On these early models, it was as simple as dismantling the cluster, removing the orange filters, then installing bulbs of the appropriate color to suit your taste.

Later models are more complex, and feature LED technology - these are tiny, surface-mounted LED's, soldered directly to the PCB, so are no easy to alter by anyone other than a skilled electronics specialist, with a low-wattage, micro-tipped, digitally-cooled soldering iron, with a very steady hand and lots of patience.
