Qualifications:
a minimum of OND or its equivalent in any school of hospitality and catering
Sales Rep and Kitchen Assistants: must have a minimum of two years working experience in the industry
maximum age is 28 years

Chefs: must have a minimum of five years working experience in the industry and must be versatile in preparing both local and continental dishes.
maximum age is 35 years
