Health experts advise we should brush twice daily but if you ultimately had to choose one, which would you say is more important for healthy teeth?
Experts come in.

It is better to sleep with your mouth clean than to go to work with an unbrushed mouth?

Lol. No what i mean is this, while you are asleep, there is no movement in your mouth so whatever debris, or food particles you leave in your mouth stays in contact with your enamel, and has a chance to work on your enamel. During the day however, you talk, swallow saliva, eat, drionk water, maybe even chew gum. so if you would rather brush once a day, your chances of preventing tooth rot are better if you brush at night. Ask your dentist.
