i tell the seller that we should use your site as payment channel.
so i pay u,
u inform the seller that the cash is already with u,
seller sends item to me,
i notify u that i have received the item
and u pay the seller and take ur fee.

I wish I understood what onile means but notwithstanding you totally get the idea.

Due to skepticism of some sellers that we are working with the buyers to defraud them, we ask the sellers to bring the items to be sold to our Ikeja office for physical inspection and pay them immediately the product passes inspection or advise our buyer to withdraw from the deal as some sellers are out to simply defraud and sell items that are not as described.

We then handle the item shipping to the owner wherever they may be in Nigeria.

Unfortunately, this service is only available for transactions originating from Lagos. For other parts of Nigeria, the seller has to believe we will not defraud them.

We are barely a year old in business and have most if not all our almost 1, 000 users from nairaland but to this time, there has been no single accusation of fraud or short changing.
