An Oil and Gas Company with particular interest in Petroleum product haulage/transportation located in Ikoyi, Lagos is in need of a suitable candidate for this position

Job Descriptions
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Manage key relationships with stakeholder groups.
• Management of account payables and receivables.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
• Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Ensure prompt preparation and presentation of periodic management reports
• Ensure effective stock and cash management.
• Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Implementation of company policies/procedures in line with GAAP
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems.

Minimum Requirements:
• BSc / HND in Accounting
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum of 3yrs work experience in similar field.
• Good organizational skills
• ICAN/ACCA qualification and Knowledge in Accounting Software is an added advantage
• Previous work experience in a similar role is NOT a must but will be an advantage
• Fluent in English
