Responsibilities:
*Be responsible for the HR/Admin functions of the branch.
*Recruitment, selection, and placement under the guidance of the Head office.
*Compliance with the policies and procedures.
*Oversee employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
*Responsible for the registration of staff for HMO/PFA.
*Preparation of HR/Admin budget of the branch.
*Training and development.

Qualifications:
*B.SC/HND in relevant discipline.
*2-3years working experience.
*Must have pleasant personality with good communication skills.



CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER:

Responsibilities:
*Attend to the inquiries of customers.
*Ensure customers satisfaction.
*Give constant updates to customers.
*Ensure delivery of goods at the time agreed.
*Ensure customer compliant get to the appropriate quarters.
*Ensure all customers complaint are documented and loaded into the complaint register.

Qualifications:
*B.SC/HND in relevant discipline.
*2-3years experience.
*Must have pleasant personality with good communication skills.
