Buhari's Result Could Have Been Forged , See Analysis by nairawallcom: 11:11pm On Jan 24, 2015
This is just a physical analysis on the Released copy of Buhari's result..

Details

1. WAEC Format: The format in this Statement of Result was not the format used in the 1960s when Buhari wrote the exam. For instance, there was nothing like SSCE, WASSCE, NECO, May/June in 1960s as seen in the result. What they had then was WASC (West African School Certificate) which was established in 1952. Passport photography is not attached on the Statement of Result. WAEC started attaching passport photography on the certificate in the year 2000.

2. Name: Buhari's name is Muhammadu Buhari, but the result bears Mohammed Buhari. Though, Muhammadu is sometimes spelt as Mohammed, but when it comes certificate documentation, consistency is the watchword. Someone that bears Anthony Buhari cannot lay claim of a certificate that bears Tony Buhari. It is not possible unless a change of name is done. Did Buhari do a change of name? Any proof to that? Besides, his letter seeking to writing RNA qualifying exam dated 18th October, 1961 bears Muhammadu Buhari, how come his statement of result bears a different name?

3. The State the exam was taken: There was nothing like Katsina State in 1961. Katsina was created in 1987 and Buhari took his exam in 1961. How come the result is bearing Ministry of education, Katsina State?

4. Date Issued and Picture: Exam that was taken in 1961, the result is carrying date of 21st January, 2015 and Buhari’s recent picture. How come? Did the school just issue him the

In the mind of whoever did this, he has done a painsticking and thorough analysis whereas he has failed to understand the question before proceeding to answer it.

From what I have noticed ....

A certificate attests to the fact that you have undergone a particular training and you are competent in that field.

Most times to be given a certificate, you must have undergone some tests of knowledge.

It may take the form of a written exam ,or practical application of what you learnt or a combination of both.

At the end of the examination your performance is evaluated , graded and compiled into a statement of result.

At the secondary school level.. A statement of result is issued and can be reissued severally.

If you meet the minimum requirements, as evidenced on your statement if result, you are given a certificate , most times not immediately.

A classmate went back to OAU to collect her Certificate in 2014 even though she graduated in 2005.

What she got employed with was what OAU students call " to whom it may concern"... It suffices for the certificate pending when it will be issued.

This particular statement of result was not issued in 1961..it was issued this year on the request of Buhari to quell the false allegation that he had no secondary education.

But did Buhari attend secondary school ? Yes

Did he sit for the exams and do well enough to be given a certificate? Yes as the statement if result indicate.

As a result, does he meet the minimum requirement to run for president.? The answer again is a resounding yes..he is even over qualified as he has undergone more advanced trainings in his chosen career.

Who are the people who a still analysing this statement of result and calling it a fake certificate?..

They are either very mischievous people as Buhari called them or they are imbeciles of the highest other who cannot understand a simple document.

I rest my case.

He contested for presidency in 2011 . if he submitted a certificate..then he should get a copy...and since he knows his exam number...he can get a clear verification from WAEC
