This is to inform the general public that the University College Hospital Ibadan School of Nursing admission form for 2015 is now out on sale. Interested members of the public are hereby informed and as such expected to proceed to procure their admission forms.
UCH UCH Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the above school in September 2015.[center][/center] The general nursing entrance examination committee of the hospital will conduct the entrance examination on 25th April 2015 Only Candidates who attain acceptable standard at the examination will be considered for admission after the interview. The course is for a period of three years after which candidates will be presented for both the school and the nursing and midwifery council of nigeria final examination to qualify as registered nurse (RN) UCH Ibadnan Nursing School
Admission Requirements: Interested candidates should be aged 17 and half years and above at the time of applying. Applicants must possess the West African senior secondary school certificate or its equivalent with credit passes in at least five subjects which must include English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemisty and Physics. Only individuals with the required credit passes at not more than two sittings from the same examination body may apply. How To Apply For UCH Ibadan School of Nursing Admission 2015 Applicants should request for admission forms from the school with effect from the 19th january 2015 with the following: 1) a non refundable fee of five thousand naira only payable to UCH revenue account (No 0136534074) at FCMB UCH Branch 2) three recent passport photograph (coloured but white background only) NO APPLICATION LETTER IS REQUIRED Deadline For Submission Of UCH Ibadan School of Nursing Application Complete admission forms must reach the principal of the school not later than Friday 11th April 2015 The entrance examination comes up on Saturday 25th April 2015 Neither the school nor the committee will enter into correspondence with any unsuccessful candidate.
