MrHardOn:So you didn't know? Porn is at the heart of our security problems. The soldiers stationed in Borno and the rest of the North are too busy masturb@ting. Boko Haram often catches them red-handed furiously stroking away in front of laptops and iPads. |

pelij: And you think there were no alternative routes to get on twitter in Turkey when it was blocked? Have you heard about virtual private networks? Attempting to censure the web only leads to the proliferation of back door routes. Streisand's Effect comes into play in these kinds of things. |

Your job as NSA is not to ban websites or investigate them but to provide security for every Nigerian or resident of Nigeria. President Jona has sorrounded himself with charlatans and they will surely bring him down. |

External triggers include accidental Exposure to sexually explicit material and ideas, being around sexually provocative people, and having contact with porn delivery systems such as the Internet and cable TV. Some programs on DSTV Channels are nothing but nudity and will influence your kids and young ones especially when you are not around to monitor what they watch. Ok some Common internal triggers include feeling stressed, upset, lonely, angry, depressed, anxious etc. Acknowledge how porn causes problems. Try keeping a journal or hand bookand write answer to this question “How Porn Is a Problem for Me.” writing down your answers on a piece of paper.Keep the answers nearby, perhaps in your wallet, on your desk, in a nightstand, or next to your computer so you can access them easily. Reread your answers frequently, especially during times you feel the urge to use porn and could easily forget your commitment to quit. www.quitpornreport.com

Quit porn now. P.ORN IS ADDICTIVE and destroys the brain. Besides from possibly being addictive, porn kicks women empowerment in the face by turning women into mere sexual objects. It teaches that women should not be valued for being smart, funny, happy or hard-working but should be rated according to the curves of their body and how well they can satisfy a man sexually. Someone can argue until they’re blue in the face that porn isn’t addictive but there is no way on earth that anyone can think that porn empowers women and enhances their role in our society. Porn also hurts relationships by destroying trust, inhibiting a person’s ability to have sex, altering views about sex and damaging family relationships. www.quitpornreport.com
