Position: Business Manager - Lagos
Individuals (male or female) with a first university degree and up to 6-8 years practice in the Facilities Management and allied services delivery industry at a managerial level. Capacity to explore new business opportunity, familiarity with HSE measures and procedures is a must. Excellent communication skills, reporting and IT skills are required.
The incumbent, who should not be older than 40 years by December 2015, must be conversant with the business terrain of Lagos particularly in the area of Facilities Management and must demonstrate capacity to manage employees and clients, as well as oversee the entire operations within Lagos region.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identify and explore new business opportunities while managing existing clients’ relationship.
• Coordinate service team to achieve planned and unplanned tasks timely and excellent service delivery.
• Make comprehensive weekly and monthly situation and performance reports.
