Responsibilities:
The primary role would be to deliver Microsoft Office Courses (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access & Outlook) to students at our training centre in Lekki. Secondary roles may include assisting with the set-up of the courses.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
• Must be Microsoft Certified
• Minimum of two years training experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills
• All courses delivered in English
• Experience in training in a classroom setting
• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude and the ability to handle concerns in an appropriate place and manner
• Industry experience using Microsoft technologies would be an asset
• Conduct ongoing, regular Microsoft technical training classes for various clients in our classrooms
• Plan and implement training associated with new technology deployments and upgrades
• Ability to customize curriculum, design courses and create materials to develop and implement learning solutions as per client needs
• Demonstrated knowledge of training methods and best practices for user training on application software including thorough understanding of training techniques on Microsoft technology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and strong client service orientation
