learning curriculum with work placement offers to various companies
nationwide for qualified trainees.

Our training courses/programmes are delivered with correct blend of
training delivery methodologies such as class room based at Ibadan or
any of our regional training venues and e-Learning via email.

Eduprof recognizes the impact of quality human resources on the
attainment of corporate aspirations and therefore decided to set
standards in graduate free training with job placement options to
various companies nationwide and few internal vacancies at Eduprof.

With a population of about 180 million and a high unemployment rate, it
is ever so important that we begin to create more avenues for free work
related training and job placement offers nationwide most especially for
graduates.

Please be informed that the main objective of this programme is to train
job seekers for free,and also post outstanding candidates to requesting
and advertising companies for immediate employment. In some occasions,
internal vacancies within Eduprof are also filled with participants of
this programme in addition to other companies requesting for trained
workforce.

We are determined to invest in skills development so that young people
are not just focused on certificates but instead on developing work
place related skills to enhance job performance.

Based on the objective of the programme which is training for work
placement, we do not automatically issue training certificates after the
programme except on demand by interested candidates. Certificates are
issued only if interested candidate make request and also willing to
bear the token processing fee which is N850 per training certificate
processed. The request and payment must be made latest one week after
the training programme to benefit from the token processing fee and
avoid the expensive cost of single processing for interested trainees
who may later request in future.

Please note that we do not make training certificate compulsory for our
job placement offers. The only compulsory requirement is the candidate’s
60% minimum score at the post-course competency assessment test for all
trainees. The test score for each trainee is for our internal use only
and will not be forwarded to trainees except for candidates who request
for training certificates since the score usually accompany the training
certificates issued to candidates.

I need to emphasize that job offers for banking, telecommunication, oil
company jobs and others are Just 50% guaranteed for job seekers who
meet up with 60% minimum test score. However, for candidates who may be
interested in consulting or marketing jobs in a reputable company
including internal vacancies at Eduprof are 100% guaranteed latest three
months after training provided such candidates do not score below 60% in
the post-course test.

For candidates who prefer to participate class based, it is unfortunate
that in the past when we reserved seats for free trainings like this,
some applicants have failed to attend classes and later request for
online or class reschedule. This practice has hindered the slots of
serious candidates who intend to come to class for the training.

Based on this, if you are interested in the class based training, you
must pay a refundable #1000 seat reservation to be sure you will
participate. The #1000 will be refunded at the training venue. However,
you will not be refunded if you fail to participate in the training that
will hold at our Ring Road training centre Ibadan.
