Our client is a highly rated medical establishment in need of an experienced Facility Manager. The establishment is located in the South-South region of Nigeria.

Individuals with a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 6 years experience in facilities management. He/she must be able to create PPM schedules, budget and cashflow plan, coordinate, monitor and evaluate maintenance activities. Familiarity with Health, Safety and Environmental measures and procedures is a must. Knowledgeable in sustainability issues/processes is an added advantage. Furthermore, excellent communication skills, reporting and IT skills are required.

Position is expected to be filled by 6th February 2015.
