If u want pink lips, firs exfoliate, second moisturize third sun protection.exfoliate the on i know is floris duo, it will peel of d dead skin on d lip. Then moisturize because it is very dryin, then protect d lip 4rm sun to prevent excess melanin. Use lip balm with sunblock, nd u will c improvement. Ur lip will b lighter but i don't know whether rose pink.
