Any buyer here I have a Marine AGO officiatl 95/2 and here re th procedure. 1. Seller and buyer sign this sales and purchase agreement with their full banking coordinates and deposit at their respective banks.Buyer returns signed SPA with ATB Format, Supercargo and inspector details to seller including the scanned copies of their passports
2. SELLER sends ATB/notice of readiness(NOR) to BUYER
3. BUYER gives Bunker to Seller’s Tugboat for inspections.
4. Seller gives a signed cheque of bunker equivalent simultaneously.
5. Seller takes buyer’s supercargo on board Seller’s vessel in Lome Togo waters for product confirmation.
6. Upon product confirmation and supercargo remaining on board, buyer bank places a BG of USD$1,000,000 to move vessel to Ghana
7. Upon confirmation of BG, Vessel sails to Tema Ghana waters for Q&Q to be conducted.
1. After a successful Q & Q, buyer pays cash 100% of cost of consignment as per Q&Q certification to Seller and all intermediaries in the SPA
