I have noticed that when churches purchase things from people on credit they don't easily pay. For example my mum sells cement, the few times she has sold to churches, it took them months to pay back (dats na after we don draw dem tire). Is it that the church members don't give enough tithes and offerings or the pastor is just being wicked

That's because churches like FREEBIES...
Check out tithes,offerings,firstfruits,donations...its all about taking something for nothing.
