*6.) Q and Q conducted and seller discharge the product.


*7 ). upon successful discharge and then Payment.


* Buyer makes payment to seller and all agents’ accounts. After confirmation of payment to sellers account & all nominated accounts in SPA, the complete
cargo documents will be handed over to the
buyer.
